Rick was a pleasure to work with. He is very thorough with the details and very reassuring and patient with all of my questions. He definitely makes you feel welcomed and he shows great pleasure and pride in his job. I also had phone interaction with Erin and she was also lovely and pleasant to talk to. I appreciate this facility. It's very clean and looks very secure.

Great place to rent a storage unit. Prices are convenient and manager Rick is extremely helpful and friendly. Would most definitely recommend using this storage if on the hunt.
This is long over due, but totally deserved: I checked around the area for different storage units and decided to go with Extra Space because their rates were the best. However, the reason I'd recommend them because is because of who runs it: Rick. I was in the process of moving out and underestimated the amount of space we would need (ended up getting 3 spaces on separate occasions) and Rick made it so easy for us, accommodating to our needs. Rick is amazing! Super helpful, informative and provides great customer service. The facility is nice and clean, well maintained. The security, surveillance, hours and Rick made it an easy storage facility choice. Would strongly recommend.
Rick at extra storage in San Lorenzo is a good dude... he was extremely helpful with the entire process. From showing me what he had available at the time down to the paper work. He walk me and my girl through the entire deal. Rick was super polite, answered all our questions and extremely respectful to our needs. I would recommend Rick and Extra storage place to any looking for a good price and site in storage. Definitely try to get a hold of Rick, the dude is legit and will take care of your storage needs.
