Get ready for CONSTANT RENT INCREASES! I was at this place for 3 years and every 4 months, they would increase the rent, till I was paying 3 times as much. Watch out for that, it will get expensive real soon. They assume you are too lazy to move and keep cranking up the rates. Best thing to do? Get shelves and get ready to move. I moved and my rates are back to normal now. This makes a satisfied business relation impossible, as the value constantly diminishes.

Have been a tenant since Smart Stop owned this facility. They raised the rent twice before Extra Space bought it and twice more since Extra Space became the new owner. Thats 4 rent increases in 2 years. We called the manager today to complain and added another frustration which is almost as bad. They started to lock the bathroom door when the office was closed, even though the gates were still open and tenants could access the facility. What a greedy business. Apparently the new owner thinks a 15% price increase for a new customer (I rented just under four months ago) isn't a big deal. It is. I wasn't being offered an "introductory price" when I rented, so a big price increase right off shouldn't have happened. The site manager can't fix it; corporate can't fix it. Nobody assumes responsibility for the rate increase. They're just greedy.
