When customer service can seem to be at an all time low, it has been refreshing to work with the professional STAFF at Storage Express now known as Extra Space Storage. They are kind, polite, respectful and appreciative of their customers. I hate having to have my things in storage but it provides a measure of relief knowing my belongs are in good hands.
