Great customer service, nice facility. Rent is raised on existing units too often. I can see raising the rental fee on new customers but long time occupants should get a break and their rent should stay the same! Loyalty should be important!

Just moved out to KY from CO back in October and Extra Space storage was perfect place to store our things. My dad also moved out here and is still currently using them they have all storages for all types of needs. Everyone I spoke with was super helpful and understanding throughout the entire process! Definitely will be using again when needed and recommend to anyone I know!
