Extremely helpful- had never rented storage before. Took time to explain not only rental info, but also about lock options, hours, emergencies, insurance options. Tour of facility- extremely clean and a place you don’t mind leaving important items. Laurie was outstanding and helpful - I feel like I have a new friend.

The two ladies in the office were very helpful in deciding if I wanted a unit. Even though I didn't get a unit they made the experience amazing and if I decide to get one I will be back.
