We came in to check out the units. Lissette assisted us with booking our unit. She was friendly and efficient in booking the unit for us. The company does offer the first month free and the worked perfect for us. We have access to the unit everyday and their hours are 6am-10pm even Holidays !

This place is a great location! I checked I few places out and this one was the one that catch my business. Very clean and organized. Bob gave us a tour of the place and follow up with me to complete the process. Really happy with the customer experience that bob provided us.
This was a pretty good experience. The guy, Bob, was really nice. I've not had to utilize a storage unit in a long while so I was a bit shocked by the price of my unit. Other than that it was a nice experience.
Had two units at this facility (now one) and service is always great. Bob really made sure any issues were taken care. Even broke a key in my lock and they replaced it free of charge. Thanks for your help Bob.
Bob was very helpful and gave us a great deal on a very spacious unit. He walked me through the ins and odds of the contract, told me which unit would be beat and even gave us the beat option. Bob is awesome, I highly recommend speaking to him, he's straight to the point and doesn't beat around the bush!!
Lissette was super nice and friendly. Showed us around and gave us a great deal! They have cameras everywhere and are open everyday so that's a plus!!!
Great facility. Rented for years off and on. Prices are mtm so they do raise rents but thats anywhere. Convenient location n hours. Office is friendly n helpful. Recommended!!

Another outstanding example of exceptional customer service. Daniel helped me with my unit today and he was honest and kind when he was busy with another customer, and handled my request quickly and efficiently. Thank you Extra Space for still being awesome.
