I think this location is very unsafe for customers because of the ground not being not level, a person can get hurt really bad, I witnessed a good friend of mine breaking her foot and was in horrible pain from the fall and they have no warning signs posted for the customers pertection letting them know that the ground is not leveled and you could fall, so I'm sorry I can not give this storage a A1 rating.

I rented a unit here for a short period of only one month, this past July until August. The manager here is very friendly and helpful. However so on the day that we were moving our things out I slipped and fell on uneven ground and broke my foot. I immediately reported it to the temporary manager that was there and then went to the hospital. Whatever you do please save yourself from a headache and avoid this place. I of course trusted this place with my personal belongings and had my unit got broken into. There is no sign of force entry but there is only plywood separating my unit from others. The man in the front desk said there was nothing they were able to do but I know this had to be an inside job since I am the only one who has a key to the unit.
Be weary of this specific spot. Our unit has just been rummaged through recently and whoever did it, took some expensive car parts. Upon reporting it when we discovered the items missing, the guy at the front office said that there isn't much he can do because the unit did not show any signs of forced entry and the lock was intact. When asked to see the security footage, he said that it would be impossible to sort through the 2 weeks of video since that was the last time we were there. **Warning** worst management experience ever. They locked me out of my own storage unit the same day I leased it. So when I returned to store my items with a fully loaded uhaul, I wasn't able to access my unit. I called the "emergency number" to have management open my unit and they were no where to be found. Mind you, manager lives on site. So inconvenient and unprofessional. I will not recommended to any friends or family!
