Really good prices! Some of the cheapest we could find! The staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond. Today my husband locked his car keys in our storage unit and once the office was opened they cut through our current lock and gave us a new lock. Super efficient. I have comfort in the security cameras. Clean units. Just a overall smell of coyote urine. But if you can look past that it's a great storage unit and you really get the most space for your buck.

The facility is clean, secure and well maintained. My experience with Lissette in renting my unit was fast and friendly. Thumbs up!

I recently had an occasion to rent a 10 X 15 space from this location due to relocation. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the staff. Lisette, who primarily assisted me with my contract, answered all of my questions and handled my rental needs. While there, a couple of clients came in and Lisette greeted them by their first names; this added that very special personal touch. The facility is very clean and I'm sure Extra Space will be my 'go to' place for future storage needs.

I would recommend this storage to anyone! The manager, Dan, helped me choose the right size of storage for all the stuff in my apartment! With AAA discount, first month was half off and I got a free $10 lock for the unit. The gates require password to get in and out and the facility is camera protected so it feels very safe (unlike what I initially thought of storage units!). This place changed my view of storage units. I used to have such a horrible association with them - depressing, dark, overpriced, etc. but Extra Space actually has a sunny vibe. First of all, for my storage unit, I only pay $33 dollars (including taxes) a month. You can pay online, which is super easy, and they even give you friendly email reminders a few days before the payment is due. So the price is super fair and it's efficient to make payments. I should've did my research on this company because this place is a scam! They bait you with low rates so that you could move all of your stuff in. Then 3 months later they'll raise the price of your rent to what ever price they want. I tried calling their office to see if the price could be negotiated but they were not willing to work with me. In less than 2 years, the rental amount increased by almost double. When I first rented in 10/20, I was paying approximately $150. In less than a year it increased over $100. I disputed the increase due to being a senior but also the increase was exorbitant. After speaking to the manager it was lowered by approximately $30. Again, the rental was raised in May/June of 2022 to $279.30 and that's when I decided to move out in August 2022. Rented from them for 3 months. Twice we saw a man in just his boxers hanging out and drinking. I was so scared he'd do something to my husband and I. Nothing went missing and no one ever went thru our stuff. They're ok, just need security after hours.
