The unit itself is sufficient for my 1 bedroom items and miscellaneous boxes. Debbie helped me out during a time of hardship and her professional ism was greatly appreciated.

Kaitlin, the very friendly & professional employee set me up with a groovy plan, options & ideas to consider! She was very patient with me as its been 30 years or so since i last used public storage facilities! This location on Charleston is very convenient & extremely affordable, thanks to her guidance! We have had a storage here for over a year. We recently got a new facility manager and at first I didn't understand why she does things the way she does. But after a few times butting heads with her, I understand and appreciate how she does things. I would like to see a key pad for the restroom. And since the heat hit, it's really uncomfortable to move anything. It was a lot cooler before. But things in her control she's rocking it.
I have been in a lot of your store, but this manager got respect to respect a customer that she never seen before all that. and fix all I want to stand with her and respecting her like the North Carolina extra space at Munroe store....
