Very poor customer service. No one returns calls and and those that do are there to simply "pass the buck."
If I could give this a negative star I would! We wanted a covered RV space with Extra Storage but there were no spaces our 5th wheel would fit, so we took an uncovered, slanted, by a wall sticking out "space" (& they charged us the same amount as the covered spots) with the promise of a covered spot as soon as one opened. We rented in August 2014 & I called once a week to see if any spaces opened (plus we were FIRST on a list for anything that opened we could fit into) January 2015 we were at our trailer on a Tuesday & wer... read more
