I actually just signed up a few days ago, and I inquired about the AC because I realized it wasn't working while I was getting a tour. I was told the company had not turned them on yet for the year. The initial reason I went with this storage facility was because of the AC units. Today it's about 20 degrees hotter during the evening then it was during the day when I signed up. Very poor customer service. No one returns calls and and those that do are there to simply "pass the buck."
If I could give this a negative star I would! We wanted a covered RV space with Extra Storage but there were no spaces our 5th wheel would fit, so we took an uncovered, slanted, by a wall sticking out "space" (& they charged us the same amount as the covered spots) with the promise of a covered spot as soon as one opened.
