*caution* 4 months after I rented the unit they DOUBLED the rental fee! They have a clause in the small print of the contract that allows this and they count on the difficulty of moving to another place. This is a classic "bait and switch" strategy that hurts a brans. Do not rent space here unless you're looking for less than a 4-month solution. I will never give "Extra Storage" another chance!
BUYER BEWARE OF RENT JACK AFTER SIGN-UP I signed up in December for 36/Month then 4 months later I got a notice my rent was going up the $72. A 100% increase is absurd for "current market condition". Will be cancelling and won't be back at any of their locations.

This one is hard. I give 0/5 stars to Extra Storage Space as a company, would not recommend it to anyone, and would not do business with them again. They jacked up my price by almost 100% increase after 4 months with no explanation, just a slip in the mail that said "Dear Sir, starting (this date), your new month bill is $$$." I called the 1-800 number and after holds and stringing along I found someone who gave me a "deal" by cutting the new price down a little bit. Beware....Beware.....Beware Rip off business model. They post prices only to get you in, then start raising your rates. You can expect to pay at least 50% more if you're there a few months. Rates get raised every 90 days. It is standard operating policy. This is one very bad company. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY.
I at one time wrote a glowing review for this location. Little did I know that Extra Space Storage is all about getting you to move in there any way possible, then putting the screws to you once they have you in their grasp! After being a faithful customer for years, I noticed that brand new people right off the street were paying far, far less than I was for exactly the same thing.
