Everyone who works here is super helpful. Nothing sketchy about this place. Well run, clean, easy to communicate with management. Reasonable prices, too. I thought I would need the unit for at least a year, but it ended up I only needed it for a couple of months. Since I wasn't locked into a contract I was able to leave when I needed to. But, in the future, this will be where I return for clean, safe, affordable storage when I need it.

By far...The cleanest storage location I have ever been to. To top that...Amy is the friendliest and most helpful person. Her staff really takes care of all those there. You will not be disappointed

This location is by far one of the best in Extra Space Storage I've ever dealt with and I say this having had many different spaces at other properties within ESS, as well as other storage companies. This review is about the couple of units my wife and I have had for several years here. I was looking for a storage unit to store all of my personal and holiday belongings. I booked a space online at this location and was informed I would be receiving a call back. The call back was from Amy. She has a welcoming friendly, voice and was very helpful. We set up a same day appointment for me to reserve my unit. I arrived 20 minutes early and let her know that if she needed I could come back at our scheduled time. She stopped what she was doing and insisted my early arrival was okay. I went in yesterday to check out the sizes of the storage units since I needed more of a visual instead of just online photos (which is also very helpful, but it's easier to figure out what will fit if I am standing in the unit). Chip was INCREDIBLY helpful and quite patient while I "visualized". He listened to what I was trying to fit in there and came up with a better option than what I had thought of in the first place. I love Extra Space Storage! I have had Other storages in the past. I'm so happy I found this one. It clean and they keep Carts outside so you can use them at all times 10 stars for that. Prices are wonderful.

Easy to reserve online. Manager was helpful and friendly at check-in. The process to rent is streamlined and they are mostly paperless. The faculty is very clean and each unit is individually alarmed so it is very secure. Having access to a move-in box truck is the icing on the cake.
