This location is by far one of the best in Extra Space Storage I've ever dealt with and I say this having had many different spaces at other properties within ESS, as well as other storage companies. This review is about the couple of units my wife and I have had for several years here. I was looking for a storage unit to store all of my personal and holiday belongings. I booked a space online at this location and was informed I would be receiving a call back. The call back was from Amy. She has a welcoming friendly, voice and was very helpful. We set up a same day appointment for me to reserve my unit. I arrived 20 minutes early and let her know that if she needed I could come back at our scheduled time. She stopped what she was doing and insisted my early arrival was okay. I went in yesterday to check out the sizes of the storage units since I needed more of a visual instead of just online photos (which is also very helpful, but it's easier to figure out what will fit if I am standing in the unit). Chip was INCREDIBLY helpful and quite patient while I "visualized". He listened to what I was trying to fit in there and came up with a better option than what I had thought of in the first place. I love Extra Space Storage! I have had Other storages in the past. I'm so happy I found this one. It clean and they keep Carts outside so you can use them at all times 10 stars for that. Prices are wonderful.

Easy to reserve online. Manager was helpful and friendly at check-in. The process to rent is streamlined and they are mostly paperless. The faculty is very clean and each unit is individually alarmed so it is very secure. Having access to a move-in box truck is the icing on the cake.

Highly recommended. Great place, Neat, Well Maintained. Amy is a sweetheart, i met her a couple of times and each time it's like meeting and chatting with a nice friend. Raul was the one who showed us around and provided all the details, the first time we went to check out the place. Both Amy and Raul are very kind, courteous and professional. Such great customer service. From the moment I called to get prices, to the day we checked in! Amy and Raul were so friendly and helpful. Amy helped us get a larger unit during check in and was very very accommodating with the last minute change. They have carts you can use to load in and out and the place is very clean and well kept. It's very easy to find as well. Thanks Amy and Raul!

I had a very positive experience at Extra Space Storage and would gladly recommended them to everyone I know! My experience started on the phone with David. He was extremely helpful and quick giving me all the necessary information. I started moving my things the same day! I got to the facility and was helped by Raul Sanchez. He was extremely polite, helpful and patient. If you're looking to store some stuff this is the place to go! They are also conveniently located to Campbell. ...

I just rented a space for my company, and all interactions with the staff have been really positive. I had a call from the manager probably less than 5 minutes after I submitted my interest online. She took me through a couple of options on-site, trying to help me find the least expensive option that would fit all of my stuff. On-site leasing was a piece of cake. Now, for the move.
