I strongly recommend Extra Space Storage in Los Gatos to family, friends, and anyone else with too much "stuff" who values efficiency, security and professionalism. Mike, the manager at the site, helped me secure the best price for exactly what I needed (even though I wasn't totally sure what that was when I first arrived) in less time than it took me to research potential storage options online. Great customer service with a skeleton crew - Amy has it down, and is cheerful and down to earth as it gets! Amy provided us all the info we needed to move in and use the facility with no issues. I highly recommend this storage facility.

The people here were wonderful, fast, and very helpful. The customer service over the phone was the same. The building isn't environmentally controlled but the spaces are clean and secure and very easy to access. I would recommend them if you need a place to put your stuff.

Amy assisted me today and she was super friendly and helpful. I bought boxes at an excellent price and will definitely return with my dog Dash for more packing and storage needs!
Everyone who works here is super helpful. Nothing sketchy about this place. Well run, clean, easy to communicate with management. Reasonable prices, too. I thought I would need the unit for at least a year, but it ended up I only needed it for a couple of months. Since I wasn't locked into a contract I was able to leave when I needed to. But, in the future, this will be where I return for clean, safe, affordable storage when I need it.
By far...The cleanest storage location I have ever been to. To top that...Amy is the friendliest and most helpful person. Her staff really takes care of all those there. You will not be disappointed
