Used Extra Space to store the contents of my daughter's dorm room over the summer. They were easy to work with, clean and friendly. Reserving the unit was a breeze, the building is secure, and checking out once I'd removed the contents was super simple. Would definitely recommend for UA parents and students looking for a place close to campus to store items.

Shane went above and beyond to help me. He did so during COVID making me feel safe and taken care of. He informed me, followed up, kept track of what I needed. Without using high pressure sales tactics, he let me know there was another unit near mine available That I could rent short term in order to help re-pack and re-organize my hastily moved items. i haven't gotten a storage space yet, but my experience with Chelsie online was the definition of fantastic customer service and it makes me want to rent a space with this company! I'm about to start a small business and need an affordable space nearby and I had a few questions i needed answered so thank you to Chelsie! very very helpful! i'll definitely be renting a space from you guys in the near future!

Debbi is a quality woman and always so, friendly/helpful! I was in need of a unit for work at a really hectic time, with school and students moving out for the summer. She kept my information and called me as soon as a unit opened up and just in time - would have had to make regular stops another unit 20-25 minutes away, this is 5. Thanks to her my life got a whole lot easier and for that I am forever indebted! (:

It's time to write a review for another business that highly deserves it, earning my loyalty through their hard work and diligence. I shopped for storage facilities with the following criteria, and this particular location has proven to be the best choice for my family's needs: SAFETY AND SECURITY - The manager is always doing rounds, greeting customers, helping them, patrolling, etc. Debi is one of the main reasons I go there. Debbie at this facility is the BEST to work with. Always positive, always courteous, she will go out of her way to meet your storage needs. Case in point: I already had a unit but needed another larger one to use as a staging area to go through the large amount of stuff in the small unit. She found a unit just yards away from mine and gave me a great deal on it.
