This place rips you off! Had been renting storage unit over a year before Extra Space Storage took over. Previous owners did not force renters to buy THEIR insurance like ESS does. Saw my larger storage rent jump up high not even them having the business a year! Called and complained, they lowered a couple of bucks then went up again. Now paying 260.00 and change. Got notice in mail my smaller unit rent going up to 101.00! If you go to you unit after office hours, they lock the bathroom door, they removed the inside trash... read more
