I've been coming in and out of this storage space for a few months now, one of the companies I work for and with holds their items here. It's been a really enjoyable experience being in this storage, at least for a storage. The staff are super chill and kind. I appreciate the clean bathroom available on site. Carts and spaces are well maintained and easy to navigate. And there is a variety of storage sizes. Look no further! This place is super clean. The staff are outstanding. Shout out to Patricia! She made my first time renting experience as painless as possible. She was super eager to help and answer any of my questions even if they may have been a little crazy.

I had never needed a storage unit before and fount it to be quite easy using Extra Space Storage. All SIZES AVAILABLE. I only took 10X10 and thankfully I emptied it with a mover they recommended! ALL WENT GREAT. Helpful staff, clean facility with controlled temperatures. I hope I never need them again but I would use them again.

Wendy and Patricia were awesome! The office and my unit were clean and well kept. I rented my unit online late at night and was able to come in and gain access the next day. They answered all of my questions while also being some of the most personable and friendly people I've ever met. I came in right before closing to gain access to my unit, so I was worried that the office staff might be frustrated, but they took their time to make sure I had everything I needed and seemed more than happy to have me there!

Thank you Tina at Reservation Center and Greg (local facility) for walking me thru the could-of-been-tedious process. Very easy and quick in renting a unit - all telephonic/online. We needed a climate controlled unit, so knew we would have to save our pennies for the initial sign up and rental but the Senior rate thereafter is perfect for our budget. Such nice folks!

I have received excellent service at this facility. The manager, Wendy, is very informative and helpful. She was very patient showing me different units so that I could decide. Once I rented a unit, I realized that the door wasn't closing properly. Gregory came with me to the unit and decided he could fix it. He got some tools and worked on it for about a half hour. He didn't stop until it was working properly. It was not an easy task and he fixed it with good humor and excellent customer service.
The rates kept getting raised there for awhile so they are a tiny bit expensive. Today I needed to consolidate my 2 units into 1 slightly larger one. Wendy went out of her way to help me do so in the most advantageous way for me. She was so very helpful & pleasant to work with.
