The management George , Outstanding ! He went out of his way to explain the storage area and the great rates.. He is very professional and polite. Im new to the area and he greeted me very friendly.. Thank you , for the Great Service !

Green Valley, Az. - near Duval Mine Road. A nice clean facility, with electronic access. HOWEVER, the elevator has been out of service at least twice in the last 4-6 weeks! (Could be more, I'm not a frequent visitor). No way to notify clients before you load your vehicle and drive to the facility, only to find limited access. Imagine if you rented a truck ($$$) loaded it (time wasted) and then found out that you did not have access (more $$ and wasted time). Hopefully you have forgiving friends. Beware of Extra Space Storage in Tucson!! They will have you sign up for a storage space and charge you a bunch of upfront "administrative" fees and not tell you that they're low rate per month is only promotional and within a couple months you will get a notice that your rent will be DOUBLED!! Total scam!

This company doubled the rent after 12 months. What they say in their contract is that they can increase the price every four months (after I paid the first 12 months). If you could imagine the costs of moving or paying DOUBLE the rental cost, or being offered a second unit on another floor for a few dollars less, this is what you get. Double. This poor review is solely for the fact that after I had my storage unit for a couple months, they raised the rent on me by more than $100!!!! I'm sure they count on people having their unit full and not wanting to move it to another storage unit or company. Other than that, the staff was great and the process of renting and moving out was smooth and easy. I would not recommend them. FYI my rent was $330 and went up to $440

Price gouging, fee for10x10 unit was raised 2X in one year, from 104 to 226. staff member Allysa was rude. they didn't prorate a move out that was only a few days from the monthly payment. I lost 226. Be Aware.

This place advertised a low rate, but as soon as I moved my stuff in, within the first month, the rate doubled. Doubled! And there are so many up front fees. Felt extremely ripped off. Would never rent from this company again.

Worst storage rental in town! Way over priced, was quoted one price then they attempted to charge me more. Did not disclose that insurance was optional. Was told they would prorate last month but when I moved out I was told they don't do that. The prices are ridiculously high. They prey on people who need a unit quickly. I was paying 265.00 for 45 Sq ft. Moved to to uhaul and am now paying 149.00 for 100 Sq ft. Don't use them

Service in person is always the best.. however, corporate is raising rent EVERY 6 MONTHS!!!! Have had a unit here since before 2004... out was$85/ month and increased 10per YEAR. TOPS Extra Space Storage corporation increases 20 to 30 dollars every 6 months. It's DEPLORABLE!! if they don't seriously do right by me. Reduce and guarentee a price hold for several years... IM OUT OF HERE
