Best customer service, very informative and friendly staff
The manager Jessica was friendly and took good care of us. The location is clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the availability of a climate-controlled unit in the small-to-medium size we needed. So far our experience has been great!

Jessica advised to me to look at the space I reserved before beginning my move. I didn’t think it was necessary and then changed my mind. By making the site visit I realized the unit was too small and changed the size before starting to move in the next day. It was a suggestion and saved me so much time and hassle when moving my goods into storage.

The location was great. The storage space was drive through so very easy to park our RV Jessica explained everything very clearly. We really liked her strong service attitude

My first contact was a phone call to the facility with Jennifer. Very helpful in listening and establishing the best and most economical program for me. Upon my first visit to facility, I approached the office to greet her and for some direction for entry and location of units. Well, how dare I be friendly, business like and ask for guidance!
