We have been at this Extra Space Storage for 6 years. It's always clean and very secure. The staff there is very professional and always helpful. Great place!
We rented the storage unit, paid for one month, changed our moving plans and canceled before being charged for a second month. The reservation, payment, and cancellation were all handled by phone or using the app. There were no problems and I would use this facility again.
Great place! Its gated, and has a security camera system. The property is very clean. There are flat beds available that are high quality and in excellent working order. Made unloading our truck load so easy. Both Jessica and Anthony were very professional, friendly and helpful. The rental process was quick and easy, and we were able to do it all online. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

I have used several Extra Space Storage locations over the years, but the experience at this location was the best I ever had. The site manager, Jessica C., provided outstanding customer service and was always ready to help me, no matter how many questions I had. She is extremely professional, polite, and very knowledgeable about the storage units, which helped me in choosing the right-sized unit for my particular needs. I had gone in to look around and question for future needs. Stephanie was so helpful and took me on a tour...she explained all I needed to know and gave me great tips of safely packing when my moving time approaches..she assured me that site manager Jessica would be there on her days off that she fills in a few different places she gave me Jessica's card. I'd like to commend the manager, Jessica, for being very accommodating and helpful. She was very polite and follows-up really well. She was very intuitive and helped me made the right choice in selecting the storage size and type. The facility was clean and accessible and it has great views of the mountains.
A previous uncomplimentary review was absolute nonsense (expletive deleted). The management at Extra Space, Cathedral City, is superb. The facility is extremely clean, tidy, modern, and secure. Our 2020 RV was stolen from this location in July 2024. Facility did not notify us even though they do a weekly space check. We discovered the theft in October. The on site manager was a nightmare. While waiting for the police to arrive she locked up the office and left out the back door without a word. The regional manager was helpful in the end. Anyone can drive through the "secure" gate.
