I rented a space and bought a disk lock from them. My unit was broken into and a lot of things were stolen. I had other peoples empty boxes in my unit which I believe they used as a staging area as my unit was right by the door. I had the only two keys supposedly but my lock was intact and not tampered with. We had our belongings temporarily here as our house was being finished. This is a devastating loss for us as they Stole my mother and grandmother's urns of their ashes. they took such random things like the leafs ... read more

Stay away would be my recommendation! its really funny if you look at their website they have a 4.9 star reviews. however they don't show any negative reviews. this is typical of them. they don't tell you when they quote prices that they don't include a mandatory fee for insurance.they mandate insurance even if you are covered by your own insurance. it's the worst of the worst. when I asked additional questions ie. are you Independently owner or franchised? Avoid this business! They will increase your monthly rate with ZERO notice and continue doing so to match "market rates". This is a shady storage facility and there are many to choose from in the desert!

We have a very small storage unit (the smallest possible) at this location that we have had for about 3 months and paid $100/month. They recently raised the monthly cost by over 50% per month to $160. How can the prices change so drastically in 3 months?! It feels like they give you a good price to get you in and then up the price once you move all of your stuff in and don't want to have to move it again. Terrible - they're looking to rip you off so avoid this place and go with somewhere more trustworthy.

After putting down my deposit, my escrow fell through, and I no longer needed the rental space. The woman, Jessica, who manages this facility, is the rudest and most mean-spirited person I have ever come across in my 23 years in the desert. First, at the time of the rental, she demeaned me in front of her employee for being "too cheap" to pay for the extra insurance offered by Extra Space that is required but not indicated on their website. Better think twice about renting here.....had a space and they raised my rental rate twice which was almost a $100 more within a year. When I asked why, their explanation was that they can adjust the rate at will to the going rate in the market. Really? 2 raises of the rate in less than a year? Bye Bye....They think they have got you over a barrel because most people don't want to take the effort it takes to pack everything up and move it again somewhere else.....Seems like a calculated rip off to me....and in Cathedral ... read more

The space was fine but the front desk was rude. A rate increase was sent to me after after five months. I called and she said that she had two people that are waiting and who would pay twice as much.
