My mother and I came here to this location July 11th 2025 to get a storage unit for some of our items because we are moving and starting all over! Melissa the manager was absolutely amazing when It comes to customer service! I am so glad that we came to this location! She explained everything thoroughly! Melissa is EXCELLENT! she was very helpful and accommodating even when I had to cancel my reservation for now. I told her that when I do need storage I will be using them because of her. I don't normally write reviews but when service is exceptiona, I feel I have to! I look forward to renting in the future. Thanks!!

Melissa was such a great help . I had a leak in the roof of my storage unit . She was able to resolve the problem and have roof fixed in 1 business day. I would select and refer Extra space storage on Auburn every time.
Mellissa was very helpful in directing me in the best suitable option for my needs .. easy sign up and great first month pricing.

been renting my storage for over 4 years now and the service here is extremely excellent. every time we needed help with anything the staff was 100% willing to help. just awesome customer service all around the storage units were always in great condition. love this place
Melissa and her team address everything at this storage complex. Anything, and truly everything, is always being handled. I used the bathroom and the light in the bathroom was flickering, and they had it fixed the next day. I always feel safe while I'm there, the storage units have electricity running to them with electrical outlets and an overhead light. Very pleased.
