This is my second dealing with this company. I have found the staff to be friendly efficient and helpful. The spaces are maintained well. My experience with another storage company was not good at all with my unit being robbed and completely cleaned out and things important to me all gone. I have not had this with my other Extra Space unit, so I expect this one to be good as well.

The unit is great and easy to access. Trying to get it and wasting a trip into the office when we were told to come in at opening to rent our unit and then the unsure nature for 4 days was stressful
