I just got a unit here. Carissa at the front counter was awesome! Super helpful, very nice. Would definitely recommend

I've never rented a storage unit before. I would highly recommend extra space storage to anyone. Carissa the store manager and has the best customer service. Great job carissa.

I love this place Erich was super helpful he made sure I was beyond satisfied with my unit rental he was prompt and made sure my stuff would fit he assured that the bigger one would be best for my belongs he was right it was perfect I would recommend this place always and the unit didn't have a smell I was super worried about the smell and off bugs or etc but the unit is very near and updated

I have had the BEST experience with Extra Space Storage at 5770 Auburn Blvd. The facility is clean and all of the employees have been helpful. One employee, Zoom, went above and beyond to assist me. I needed assistance a couple of times and she went out of her way to help me. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely come back. The manager, Zoom, knows how to treat customers to make them loyal. Thank You Zoom!

I had an amazing experience with this particular extra space. Zoom was really helpful from the time I rented to the day I moved out. The staff were very service-oriented and friendly, even when i couldn't afford my storage fees. They worked with me so I could get my stuff. Zoom and the manager were very gracious and always kind. I wished the gate hours were different - 8pm is a little early during summer when it stays so hot for so long. Even so I'd rent there again without hesitation. Friendly, clean. Only had to rent a unit for a few months while transitioning, wasn't a problem at all. Expensive (but cheaper than most in the Sac area)

I was shopping storage space in the area, & not only was John very helpful but the price was reasonable without any additional monthly charges (just one administrative fee). Lorenzo was also very helpful. They made a very stressful move much easier. Thanks, guys!

Great service here, I run a business and am moving so I'm I need of storage in between to ease the move. I visited 5 locations in the area and decided on these guys. Ask for Lorenzo or Christy they were both nice to work w.
