Do not rent from this place! We just moved our things in and told them it will be for around a year while we finish our build. They raised our rent two months later from $324 to $454! Mailed us a little postcard to let us know. So unacceptable and what a headache. We paid a company $1,500 to move our stuff in there and just to have to find another space. Cons.

I have paid this place every month for a few years. Yes, sometimes late but I paid them. This last 6 weeks I have called to make a payment and no one answers. I leave a message and I dont get a call back. We have played phone tag. I call and someone answers and says "I'm not in the office I'm at the bank. I'll call you back." I call and get the automated system and it doesnt. Recognize my phone numbers. Someone answers today and says, "Your stuff was sold at auction yesterday!" This place is shady. The reason it has such high reviews on Google is because Lorenzo (the manager) is very pushy about getting you to leave a 5-star review in his presence. Also, before I arrived for my appointment I asked what I needed to bring. Just your identification I was told. When I arrived I learned I needed proof of insurance (this is not based on credit as my score is 850.) I provided it later that day but still had to pay for their insurance. Overall, this facility has been efficient, easy to use, and despite my unit being in a one-story building, it never got hot at all -- in fact, it stayed comfortably cool throughout the Summer. My one and very significant complaint is the sudden increase in my monthly fee ($84 for a 9x5) of $30 for which I received a card via snail mail saying that it was for "insurance" and that it was in accord with my contract. The property manager's major selling point when I signed up was "pro-rating". My fault for not reading the fine print, but extremely poor bait and switch sales tactic to offer pro-rating and not mention the impossible concept of giving a move out date a month in advance in order to utilize this "offer". Very deceitful, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very shady and underhanded service. I will be calling the corporate office in the morning (as it is after their business hours). Overall VERY displeased with the "hustler" type experience I received.

Was happy with the facility at first, the staff seemed friendly and helpful. We were told our unit was safe behind an access code gate entry, as well as being under video surveillance. The building our unit is in has doors at the end of the hall, these doors are unlocked at ALL times, and exit to the non gated parking lot.Two weeks ago someone parked on the side of the building after hours, simply opened the door, cut our locks (along with four other units) and cleared out the units.
