Tyler and Ida were very helpful, they gave me a tour of what to look for and what size of storage I would need and want, they explained to me all the hour times and storage times while walking me to my storage. The facility is really cleaned and awesome and on top of that the storages are perfect room temperature so nothing can be thermally damaged like my electronics. Also I love the location downtown becuase it's really close to my job and where I live. Thanks extra storage team keep up the good work!

What an easy set up! I was very pleased with the great service I received from Nick Tello he was fast and efficient explained everything in detail about my rental unit! So excited to have my rental unit down the street!

This is my second time renting from here and JEANNETTE gives me great service and it is in Spanish which is even better . The customer service is awesome . The facility is clean and everyone is so friendy and secure but I love working w JEANNETTE since she is bilingual.
I've been with this storage facility for about four months, and my rent has already gone up by $90. After I reached out, they did lower it by $30, but that's still a pretty significant increase in such a short amount of time--and they've refused to work with me any further. Second time in 3 years that they doubled my monthly payment without notification. It went from $68 to $134. The say they send you notice but they don't. DO not trust them. I will pull my items and reach out to my credit card company for fraud. The first time I thought I just missed the notice they said they sent but this time I was looking for it and there was no warning. Huge scammers. They double your monthly without notice. Will be contacting the attorney general.

be cautious of online specials. they do not tell you that their system generates rate increases. i paid 3 months at once to get special rates, they billed one more month at the special rate then "the system generated a rate increase " along with rate increase notice mailed .
