Me and my daughter ,walked into the office and Byron Ridgell helped us immediately,and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.We also noticed how clean and organized the property is!!He made sure we knew all we needed to know .Thank you Bryon for your excellent customer services ..

Heather & Lori are awesome! I was out of town for several months and working with both of them over the phone is always so easy! They are so helpful and always so nice & friendly. I got a new storage unit here and they were so helpful and accommodating. They made it so easy to get the unit I needed the next day. I was able to do everything over the phone and then sign the forms by email. The facility is very very clean and well taken care of. If and when I need another storage unit I will definitely use Extra Space Storage!!

I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. The facility is clean, well keep, safe, secure and easy to access. The office team is professional, friendly, informative and understands the needs of their clients. The monthly fees are comparable to others facilities in the area. Over the years, we have rented many storage facilities but this is the first one that I would not hesitate to recommend!

We have rented units at the La Verne facility for several years and have always been happy with the customer service. Lori who is the current store manager is so friendly and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure you get the correct unit for your needs. Highly recommend using Extra Space in La Verne.

I needed to rent some storage space recently while relocating my father to another location and was unsure about the best way to manage his needs. The manager, Lori was so personable and helpful in recommending the best solution for my situation. Everything was accomplished quickly and easily much to my surprise.
