This is the worst place ever. they hang up in your face they don't own up to there mistakes. Very poor customer service the lady that answers the corporate Line at 8016525556 won't answer my phone number anymore just send all my calls to voice mail. Got a storage last Monday packed uhaul up yesterday with hired help got to the storage place with the code lissette from Moreno Valley ca gave to me on a card and was denied access. Went back to the red tagged house that we use to stay at to unload uhaul with hired help took uhau... read more
