Customer service during our last minute search was awesome. This facility is clean and secure, and the extended access hours is quite helpful for those who work out of the area and need to access after normal business hours. We look forward to continuing to store at Extra Space Storage - San Dimas.
Site is very clean & secure. Heather (assistant manager at LaVerne site) was helpful & professional. Very happy with the site & this company will be one I look for if storage is needed again in the future.
The manager and assistant manager are extremely professional, knowledgeable and understood my needs, which helped the transition extremely helpful.
