This is the second time I use ESS and both times was a great experience. They are courteous and professional and take pride in providing excellent customer service. Storages are clean, secure and easy in and out process. Will definitely use again if need to in the future.

Heather and the staff were very helpful in setting up an account, selecting boxes and finding a space close to parking so I could shuttle my massive Funko collection into storage while we set about selling the house. After selling the house, (at 55k above asking), we were alas, unable to find a replacement home even close to our current space, so we decided to stay. Everything was dry, safe and ready to come home. Now that everything is secure, we plan to stay put for at least a year and give it a try again...thanks again fo... read more

I have been a client for many years their site is always clean. The staff is friendly helpful and always welcoming. I have always felt safe and comfortable. Dawn is the best, she has been the manager all these years and her attention to detail and customer care makes all the difference.

We found this location with yelp. I am really glad we did. It was in the perfect location. Everyone here was helpful. I even received a phone call from the manager to tell me the door for my unit was locked incorrectly. They really watch out for the property and I did feel like my things in storage were safe.

I was referred to them by the La Verne Chamber of Commerce President. Even with the Corporate Office pulling out of the Chamber they had nothing but positive input to offer about Dawn and her staff. The decision to use their location was made easy with everyone's customer service, ease of registering, security, and cleanliness. This one is a no brainier!!!!

Well, my husband checked us in. I have seen the facility passing by it. :) It was just as nice and clean as the one we use in Newbury Park, CA. We haven't even moved in yet and the staff has been awesome!!

I had a very good experience with Extra Storage Space. They were very helpful in figuring out the size storage unit I needed, and they worked with me to get the best price they could offer. The facility is very neat and I feel safe with storing my belongings here.
