I have had the pleasure of working with both Laurie and Joan over 4 years and they have always given 5 star support. The ladies are both friendly and courteous, willing to help with any inquires me or my husband may have. When I walk by the storage building during normal office hours the ladies wave and wish a good morning (or hello). Joan and Laurie have star quality customer service. I enjoy working with the ladies because they makes this part of my life easy.

I rented storage space during Covid and thought it would be a hassle but it was so easy, safe and convenient. Laurie helped me choose a space that worked for what I needed and she offered the most economical option instead of trying to gouge me. Very easy transaction. Nice spot for storage as it's our first time. The place is kept clean although you can tell it's been there for a while and worn down a bit. It's very close to our apartment which is why we picked it. Still not sure if the insurance is actually worth it but I will try it out a couple months. The unit wasn't really even swept clean before we were given access which was annoying but as I said we have never done this before. All in all nice people to work with and a solid storage spot!
