Extra Space Storage has been great on all levels of customer service, pricing, auto payments, facility cleanliness and accessibility, and options (e.g., variations of storage size, climate options, location, etc.). I have been using them now for over three years and have never had an issue with anything, and their pricing has remained fairly steady and competitive. The staff in the Edgewater, NJ location has always been friendly, helpful and accommodating with my storage requests/needs.
