Very easy transaction. Nice spot for storage as it's our first time. The place is kept clean although you can tell it's been there for a while and worn down a bit. It's very close to our apartment which is why we picked it. Still not sure if the insurance is actually worth it but I will try it out a couple months. The unit wasn't really even swept clean before we were given access which was annoying but as I said we have never done this before. All in all nice people to work with and a solid storage spot!

We were looking for the extra storage for the first time and contacted several places. Extra Space Storage customer service was very prompt and responsive and provided us with the best available prices. Once we came to the storage itself, we were greeted by Joan. So happy I chose this location for storage! Laurie Montanaro is great and super friendly. She's gone above and beyond whenever I've needed assistance. Definitely appreciate her help with everything. Location is clean and there are always carts available near the door when dropping off/grabbing my stuff. Highly recommend!
Laurie Montanaro is the best. She's incredibly informative and easy to work with. Facility is clean and inside storage is climate controlled. Nice size parking lot to get in and out of.
Did I ever find a treasure this morning! I am moving and needed storage. The manager and assistant manager went above and beyond the call of duty. In addition, the individual in the call center gets an A+ for customer service. Anytime that anyone needs storage, I guarantee you WOW customer service from this company.
