Horrible customer service, very inflexible don't asked for "the manager" Janet, cause she is the worst, no courtesy of any kind. The $85 fee they charge when you not even owe two months is a rip off . they do that ''to prepare your things for auction" right after you passed on you second month even if you pay the old month plus the new one still they will charge you $85 plus $40 in other fees..it's is overwhelming..in my case i annouced days before that i was leaving the unit right after i paid the month i own, techincally... read more
