Tremendous service for my needs. I have used the boxes from here to send surgical instruments to the Ukraine. These boxes are the perfect size and Kathleen is the best at service and empathy.

Kathleen at this location is wonderful! Very helpful with everything i needed when i lost my keys and needed to cut and relock and also gave me advice on building layout and having an easier time. Highly Recommend!

If you're looking for a storage unit look no further. Extra Space Storage is the ONE!! Let me just say that as soon as I walked in Kathleen was super helpful right as I stepped foot inside the office. She was super helpful and friendly. She showed us around the building and showed us the different options that we had. She made sure to explain all of the prices and important information. Definitely above and beyond service from her! Highly highly recommend this location (Highland Park).

Kathleen and the team are very helpful in a quick, efficient process. Facilities are very clean and easy to access.
Excellent customer service! we were in the process of moving an entire household into our unit when we realized that we might run out of space! this would have been a problem since we hired movers to move our stuff. Within minutes Kaya came to the rescue, looked at our situation and found an additional unit that was near by. She was helpful and more than happy to assist us!
