I have had a unit of one size or another since 2015. I have always been pleased with the facility and service. Today Kaija went above and beyond any expectations. After working in my unit, I returned to find a flat tire on my car. While getting the tire off my jack started to collapse and I was unable to get it to raise again to put on the spare.
