This is the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen! They worked with me to find the perfect space for my storage needs. I was able to unload very quickly!

This facility has exceptional management, is clean and safe. They are so accommodating and cater to the client to make sure your needs are met and exceeded in a professional and timely manner. I have used this facility for several years and highly recommend the manager Kathleen and her staff at Extra Space Storage! Kathleen makes storage easy and comfortable! Highly recommended!

The Highwood Historical Society had to move its entire office, including historical items, artifacts etc. The 10 x 15 space was filled to the brim with our materials. Allie and Jordon from the office were very helpful in registering us. Our only problem was the elevator. Since we had so many heavy and bulky items, it took many many trips on the elevator. This storage facility has become a bait and switch place. They talk in circles about how things just changed a week ago regarding pre-paying to manage your rates. Expect significant rate increase (ex. $112 to $181) in one year. They do not stand by their word. I did everything they told me to do to try and keep my rate consistent (ex. pre-paying for a year). The WORST!!! Do NOT use this business. Lots of competition around, so save yourself the lies and go elsewhere. They completely misrepresented a unit, causing us to scramble at the last minute to find a new place, promised a refund, yet failed to process the credit due. Have been hearing lies and ridiculous excuses for over a week "our accounting department has a glitch and can't process refunds now...". Really??! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I recently called to reserve a storage unit. I was very specific in my request for a unit that had a "large, garage door entrance door". However, upon arriving at the unit - with a van filled with oversize items - I was directed to a unit with a small entrance door! WIth no other available units, I was forced to scramble to find an alternate site. Facility is clean. Raised prices on me 4 times in 3 years. No refund for partial month used. Horrible business policies. Good luck.

Very disappointed in this storage unit pricing. Initial pricing is already high compared to other storage places, but months into rental, prices are raised. The facility is clean and well maintained, but not justified for high rents being raised. I would not complain if prices were raised and matched current pricing the new customers would receive. Let's not price gouge customers who are loyal, just because it's not convenient to move. I have used other storage units in the area, that have been just as clean if not cleaner, ... read more
