Wendy was wonderful helping me determine what size storage unit would work for me. Barb helped with boxes & other storage things Marco helped with an issue I was upset about. Facility was very clean.

I was in a bind and needed all of the furniture from my 4-bedroom home stored for a month. I had a negative experience with another facility that I had booked​ and was able to make a reservation with Extra Space Storage in minutes. My movers arrived 30 minutes after I made the reservation on the phone and our units were ready to go as soon as they got there. Wendy could not have been more friendly and helpful! She made what could have been a really stressful situation super easy. Look no further, this is your storage spot!

Pros: clean, efficient, well organized. Cons: weren't completely straightforward with the costs and expenses, and they raised my rent two months in.

Not sure what's been going on at this storage facility, but I've been experiencing a ton of inconvenience lately. And, Jason L's right...renting here is a luxury. But, it's three minutes from my house and that's why I don't shop around. First and foremost, at the beginning of the month I don't know what was going on with the entrance, and I appreciated the signage pointing me to the next door, but it was a serious bummer. We have used this facility twice. The facility is clean, provides convenient access, and is very secure. Most importantly the service provided is above and beyond what we ever expected from a storage facility. John not only made the administrative process easy, he remembered my name and was always available whenever we needed assistance. Very personal service. Thank you John.

A great experience storing my items there while I downsized in order to stage and show my house for sale. The staff are all friendly, professional and very helpful. I think this place is great for the first time user like myself as well as the business professional, of whom I saw many during my visits--and they all had smiles and knew the staff.

This place is great ! Some friends used this Extra Space location for temporary storage prior to moving from their home, and it gave me the idea of using this to clear out some stuff in my basement that I wasn't using, but didn't want to get rid of (e.g.; family heirlooms; kids' artwork, etc.). Before I signed up, I looked at a couple of other storage places, and I came running back to Extra Space. The other places were dirty, dark, and I noticed a lot of rodent traps. Rented a storage space for the first time ... great service, competitive pricing, clean facility - all in all a great experience! Highly recommended!
