We are downsizing and needed a very large storage unit. This was the only place I found in the area that had a 10' x 30' storage unit available. The premises are always clean and the units are secure. Very reasonable pricing and great customer service. The woman in the office is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the storage space.
Highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Kent. Very clean & secure, plus very helpful staff. Jonathan was especially helpful today when I had trouble using my key; he accompanied me to my unit & solved the problem. Very responsive & readily available.

Todd is friendly and informative and trustworthy and made the rental process easy. He got me in a unit that fit my needs. The property is clean, secure and well maintained. Definitely recommend you see Todd for your storage needs.
I just began renting a small unit at this facility, so I can't leave a super accurate review of this storage, but so far I've had an excellent experience. I tried renting a unit online but experienced an error, but Todd called me within minutes of them opening. We were able to setup an agreement over the phone rather quickly. Very surprised to see all these bad reviews, hopefully this place upped their game. Came here a couple of weeks ago and Henry assisted us through the entire experience. He has a very charismatic personality while being professional and made the process fun and easy. Also, the space was very clean. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a storage unit at a great price.

This place is Great. The owners and Manager are really friendly. Storage unit is so CLEAN. I was planning to store a month but may stay longer. The only thing I could say negative is the I missed the Entrance on the first trip. But I know it now.
Very professional, Cassie was Awesome and thorough. Got 2 beautiful units that are spacious. Thanks for a great experience
