Recommended100% positive experience! I’ve had my inventory stored at the Kent Extra Space Storage for over two years and have been very happy with the service provided. Safety and security are of utmost importance for me and I’ve never had a single concern. Todd, the manager, has done an excellent job. It’s only a change in my business operations that necessitates the change, however I would recommend and use Extra Space Storage again without reservation.

5 STAR REVIEW- 🙌🙌🙌👍 I loved the fact that they had everything I needed for moving right there. It was like a one stop shopping center. Everything WAS SO CLEAN- the office, bathroom, property, and the units themselves! Marissa was very helpful and made the move-in process seamless. The office was set up with social distancing in mind, and maintaining a safe atmosphere for everyone. Thanks for all your assistance and keep up the good work! 👍🙌😊

No stars. Tell you one thing do another. Corporate was no help either. Would not use them ever again. Really disappointed in this new facility. Zero stars. (Had to pick at least one star to post comment)
