My experience at Extra Space Storage was wonderful! Todd was great and very patient with me when I had to reschedule our appt a couple of times, and got me 2 units that are close to each other! The facility is clean and gated and I feel secure that my belongings will be safe as you need a code to get in from the street, plus one for the elevator, and if I'm not mistaken, one to get in the building as well. The facility is a newer, clean, secure storage facility close to our home and that was most important to us. It may have been a little more money but like I said, we wanted it close to our home. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Todd and Gaby actively look out for my storage needs and are always so accommodating to any issues. Recently required my lock cut off at the very end of their workday. They were great, very efficient and understanding.
