There aren't sufficient words to commend Austin, the general manager of the Palm Desert location. This young man goes above and beyond the customer service that one would expect. On site Management is Austin. He is super nice and beyond helpful. Our temperature controlled unit is so clean and the hallways to it are super clean You can tell that this storage location is well managed. We highly recommend this location

The whole process was made easy and pleasant by Austin. He really is very knowledgeable and super helpful! We have rented multiple units from the Palm Desert location. The fees are reasonable and the place is spotless. But working with Austin is the main reason we come back!
