Extra Space Storage at Joni Drive is great storage ✔️✔️✔️ 💯💯💯 Easy access and secured - I know because the truth is - my lock broke and I wasn't able to replace it for weeks!! The most important asset to ESS is it's personnel who REALLY HELPS and will get in touch with, you send you pics and will help resolve problems --- special mention to Austen, very helpful. good communication skills and very courteous even while you ate already screaming. Thank you Extra Space Storage. Staff were helpful and Manager Austin was great. Everyone always made sure to be on top of things. I gotta say this was one of the best storage experiences I have had. Place was always clean, safe and with very good storage prices. Sad to leave, but enjoyed my time while renting from the facility. Highly recommend... Thank you, 10/2021
