Our storage area was broken into and many of the boxes opened. The thieves had a lot of time to look into each and every box and take what they wanted. The lock was not visibly damaged so someone had a key. When I complained they said call the police, file an insurance loss. They said they were not responsible and couldn't take the blame. They do get no stars from me...if I could do a minus I would.
