We recently terminated our lease at another storage location that at the time was going to be a temporary solution for us. My wife and I shopped several of the local climate controlled storage facilities that were near to our home. Based both on price and professionalism, we selected the extra space storage facility on country club in Bermuda dunes. The on-site person named Diana was extremely helpful. The units are pristine, secure, nearly sterile in feel. It's perfect. Highly recommend!

If you had asked me 6 months ago I had a great experience, but I have rented 3 units for a family member in the last 30days and all 3 units are in the same hallway and the same size , all 3 are different prices . I ask to speak to a manager to see if something could be done and told we can't give out that information. Basically all you can do is contact the corporate office ..... So I guess I'm looking for a new facility that wants my money for the next 6 month to a year ... and post on yelp how unhappy I am . Update Deanna... read more

Earlier this month I had reserved a 10x10 climate controlled unit at the Dinah Shore location due to the great value. I'm a planner so I tend to try and book events out before hand. The date I scheduled for my lease to begin was a little early for my move but was the furthest date I could reserve. I booked the until any way. I must say the best part of renting with you was my dealing with your employee Kyle. He was always there to help and explain, he has been a great asset in my needs for storage. He seems to enjoy his job and it shows. He was always spot on. Thank You P. S. Hope he is making more then the projected minimum wage of $15.00 an hour, People like him can't be replaced by a Robot.

What can I say?! Kyle is phenomenal. I have a giant collection of Aunt Jemima memorabilia. And I know it can be stored safely and professionally with Kyle at this Extra Space Storage. You're awesome and a half Kyle! :)

Kyle was super with helping me. I wish there was great customer service everywhere like he provided. Storage unit I rented was clean an appropriate. Grounds and buildings look good. Yay, I'm pleased!

The staff is INCREDIBLY professional, knowledgable and helpful. My pointed questions were answered very directly and without hesitation- Kyle is a straight shooter. The day I moved my stuff into storage he and his assistant were cleaning and sealing all the floors in the interior storage facility walk ways. Place is VERY clean and secure. Also, pricing is more than fair-- better than any of the other facilities I checked out before committing to EXTRA.

Kyle assisted us in this last minute need for a small storage facility. He was very organized, Professional and thorough in orienting us to the facility and what they had to offer. He also helped us figure out what we needed with regard to boxes for the move and was pretty much spot on! Facility is very clean and in the desert that is pretty amazing!
