I have dealt with many storage facilities over the years and this was by far the most seamless and friendly experience. The facility is top-notch, clean not one spec of trash or garbage anyplace. the units are air-conditioned so you can spend virtually all day in there looking for that high school yearbook or bronzed baby booties! they provide trolleys for hauling to the units and an automated rollup door for those large items. Great service excellent rates super clean facility.
We have had a unit there for years now. Upon a recent break in the staff was so helpful and understanding when I wanted to move my unit to a different building. They helped with keeping units open for sorting through the chaos of the break in. They helped get me a new, available unit in the same day!
Sarah was very helpful on showing me different sizes of storage Which it was helpful.
You must listen to me, as my life has been completely upside down over the last few months Sarah was our hero more than once in that she was able to fit us with exactly what we needed not once but 4 different times so we were able to be assured that our things were safe!! Did I mention we sold a house, then lived in our travel trailer, then bought a home, but not before I had major back surgery....!! So we’re good now thanks to the nice folks at safest storage and their care for us The five stars above should have +++😊
