I don't use this site for Extra Space but helped a friend move her stuff and get settled in to this site. First off, it's hidden just off Country Club, which makes it good to be able to turn onto the street without any traffic! They do have a small parking lot like the others. Not sure if it's a new building or they just renovated everything, but this is one of the cleanest and newest branches I have seen. Great facility. I was very surprised to find out that it wasn't brand new. It's kept in remarkablely good shape. It feels safe and comfortable. Great motion sensitive lighting...magnetized door holds, big parking areas and elevators. This is definitely one of the best. Only complaint is that it's hard to get work done with when the heavy metal band they rented to is practicing down the hall. The music was so loud, I was getting migraine but I had to repack boxes for work. Not a good situation!

Just have a couple of minutes to write this, but that doesn't mean it doesn't deserve a whole lot more. Beau is great. The facility is great. The location id great (easy access from Hwy 10). I've had many years of self storage experience, but none better than this. Not by a long shot. Go Seahawks!

My experience with this branch from start to finish, and my ongoing relationship as storage unit renter, I could only describe as exemplary. The facility is well maintained, extra space pricing and concept in storage is fair and innovative, and the management there are some of the most pleasant and competent young adults I've had the pleasure of dealing with in the desert. You are stars. Keep up the good work.

Was here for about 5-6 years and initially set up everything through a guy named Kyle. He was very respectful and helped me out throughout the whole process. The reason for the 0/1 star review is due to the new management and the girl that works the front desk. I went to go check on my things and it was covered in dust and full of insect spiders scorpions and other vermin. We paid (very quick to take our money )and waited for the lease agreement for two days called and left messages and we are still waiting and waiting no response from the customer support and no lease agreement and they have our money, the lease apparently starts from the time of payment and now we are sitting without money and no lease and no service, absolutely poor service, do not recommend!

Very upsetting to experience constant increase to monthly rent. You may start out with a quote but, only MONTHS further in, you will find you are no longer at your initial base.

Amazingly aggressive rent increases. I would advise getting rental rates confirmed for at least a one year period. If you will be a continuing renter for business use, look out! The increases are announced in the mail almost every three months. There is a cooling unit (swamp type) directly above one of 3 spaces I rent. It leaks and has destroyed much of my product. They have not taken responsibility for the damage, even though requested. They suggested I move to a different unit. Yes, that would be fine, but the cost of re... read more
