I was happy with the customer service as Samantha and her team have always been professional and have great customer service. I also loved Kyle who managed the property when I first moved things into storage. I was not happy with the continual price increases as I’ve paid several thousand dollars for this small unit but the pandemic apparently helped to justify these increases.
