Ashley was terrific and awesome!! she was very helpful and patient in helping me with my unit. my sister recommended me this storage , she had use this one years back and the service was awesome and it still stands that way! thank you so much!

I just wanted to thank Melissa, the manager, I talked to on a Saturday. I asked for her help opening my storage unit and she was pleasantly helpful. I've had a good experience with the Extra Space on Addison and recommend this location to anyone.

This is the second storage space we are getting at this location. We dealt with Lupe and she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and worked with us to figure out the most advantageous deal. She was delightful and made us very happy that we continue to use this location. It is convenient and someone is always there to help with logistics. Thanks you.

Clean and easily accessible. The biggest issue would be humidity controls and the cost keeps rising. The cost rising is my reason for vacating. The location should also provide areas for disposal.

not sure what all the negative reviews are about but this is the best storage facility I've ever been to the customer service is excellent after 2 months of free storage I missed the last day and the lady was very nice and refunded us our money. I will recommend this facility to all of my family and friends
the lady that me was vary nice and it was vary cheap I just don't like that in 5 months the price goes up
I found everyone I spoke to at Extra Space very helpful and nice, the price right, and the storage units clean and well protected. What more could one ask for?
Nice place and good setup. The people are friendly and helpful. They will push you to give them a 5-star rating when you move in. I got a good rate online but, not surprisingly, my rate is going to increase on the day I hit 6 months. Having rented at a different Extra Space facility, this appears to be standard practice. They reel you in with a really competitive price, and then start cranking the thumbscrews.
