This was my first time renting a storage unit and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and affordable the process was. From how easy their website was to navigate and understand to their over the phone customer service and especially with Terry in store, it all was smooth and straightforward. I rented a 5x10 space from July 2011-January 2012 while I was selling my house and moving between two living places. I found everyone there to be responsive and extremely customer-service oriented. The rates are very competitive and the staff is more than willing to work with clients to minimize additional charges when vacating. Don't believe their advertised rental rates. They will begin raising the rent as soon as contractually possible with absurd increases. 137% increase in ONE YEAR. Think long and hard about how much you are willing to pay for what you are planning to store BEFORE you move in. The contract has no limit to how much they can raise the rental rate and they will just keep going. I wouldn't trust anything sensitive in storage here, as there are garbage cans in the walkways collecting leaking water from the roof.

I would definitely avoid this place due to their shady practice of raising your rates shortly after signing your lease. They get you in with these "Web Rates" and in no time you will be paying almost double. Been with them for a little over a year and they raised the rent from $38 to $58, $10 at a time as if that makes it less noticeable. Meanwhile the "Web Rate" right now for the same unit is $29. Agree with the majority of reviews on here so far: they routinely raise the price. By a lot and often! We just got a notice that our current rate of $48 was going to $88!! They agreed that was too high, and lowered it to $66, which is still a $24 increase in just over a year of renting there (1yr, 3mo). Most other units that size on the market are $50 or under. We signed up for this storage unit about a month ago. The sign up process was okay, I was also told that prices will go up periodically. We've been back about 3 times and there have been no carts and the elevator isn't working properly. We were stuck for 5 minutes until the elevator went back down to ground level. There were no signs informing us that it wasn't working, another couple had also gotten stuck and let us know the doors weren't opening on any other levels.
