We signed up for this storage unit about a month ago. The sign up process was okay, I was also told that prices will go up periodically. We've been back about 3 times and there have been no carts and the elevator isn't working properly. We were stuck for 5 minutes until the elevator went back down to ground level. There were no signs informing us that it wasn't working, another couple had also gotten stuck and let us know the doors weren't opening on any other levels.

They'll significantly raise your rates after 3 months. All of these other Yelp reviews on here are 100% telling you the truth. Watch out. They won't tell you that at all when you sign up, and it's not expressely listed within your contract but this place will scam you out of your money. What a shame. Moving to another storage unit in the next week, I'd advise that you all keep on looking for another place.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I took advantage of the online promotion for 1month free storage. I rented a climate control unit from March 2016 thru October 2016. When I went to pick up my thing all my clothes were molded. I called the assistant manager, Bernadette Zaleski, to tell her about my clothes. She was only interested in when I would be vacating the unit. No intetest at all about my loss. I wouldn't expect if you rent a climate control that I would get mold.

Constant price increases. We get a letter every few months. Had to move our stuff out because we could no longer afford the regular 10.00 price hikes.

Frequent price increases, flooding in my unit and finding out that the insurance we were forced to buy was useless. Moved to another company -- cleaner with better service and closer-- and saving over a thousand dollars a year

At first, it seems like a great deal. Then every 9 months they increase the monthly payment and the amount is always different (more than the previous increase). They also only send letters to people, so even if letters are returned to them, they do not reach out any other way to make the renter aware of the increase. I just called on 5/26/17 and she claimed "we don't call the customer, we just send letter" but when they need a payment.....they call. AVOID this place. FLOODING here due to roof leaks 2016-07-07. Ruined everything on floor of my unit. Other units destroyed most everything in their storage unit. Manager on site overwhelmed and alone. District management talks about "working on it from the back end". The district manager I spoke to was not helpful and all of them try to stop you reaching above them in the mgt chain to find someone who cares. While the staff was nice enough, I was annoyed about the insurance requirement. Insurance is not posted on the website, nor was it brought up in the follow up phone call. I have renters insurance, but verbal and grace period isn't good enough, I would have to either not take the space on the day or call my agent. I did not have the phone number and signed up anyway taking out the excessively priced insurance. A few days later I brought in the paperwork and cancelled the insurance. No refund.

I store my household furniture here. It is mostly safe and mostly heated; the staff I've contacted are polite but I rarely go there. I wish I'd gone somewhere else. BEWARE- They raise my rent frequently Without Notification of any kind! They call and email me demanding payment before payment is due then again on the day that I make an on-time electronic payment.
