Samantha was exceptionally helpful Samantha Gillan allowing me to get into my unit even when there were some problems with my account. I'd highly recommend extra speech storage Herndon on Spring Street to you if you considering a storage facility.
Samantha and Angela were super helpful, it was quick and easy, Samantha explained everything with such great care. I feel confident that my items are safe and secure at a great price too! I will definitely be using this location for storage again. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great price, friendly customer service, and secure storage space.
This is the second time that I am storing my vehicle here. Angela and Samantha have both been professional, helpful and accommodating. The facility itself is clean, safe and located conveniently near to Dulles International Airport. The monthly rate for storing my vehicle is reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend this Extra Space Storage location.

I needed a space to store my camper van. This facility had plenty of spaces. The grounds/office were clean and attractive. Angela took the time to drive me past the available spaces and helped me pick the best one for my camper. Angela is awesome! Kind, courteous and professional. And, the rental rate was one of the most affordable in the area.

We rent 3 units from ESS. Their facilities are secure, clean, and monthly prices competitive. Would definitely recommend them if you're in need of storage unit.
We purchased a unit at the Herndon location to house some of my mother's belongings until she got well enough to move with me again. Unfortunately she grew more ill and we lost her in 2019. with the loss of my mother and a full on pandemic outside we were faced with many hard times these past two years. Yet again another update. After a couple of negative reviews they finally reached out to me and tried to work with me. I appreciate the fact they contacted me, hence the three stars. I'll most likely be back to higher or lower their star rating... we'll see.
