I had an awesome experience so far here at extra space storage in Herndon. I was able to get a good sized unit for a great price and easily reserve it online. Anjelica is amazing and attentive with a high sense of pride in her work and customer service orientation. She made sure to explain everything to me in detail and also got me a really great unit closest one available to the door. She really keeps things clean and orderly. This is a clean and safe facility located conveniently close to Dulles International Airport. The monthly fee for storing my vehicle was reasonable, and the employees are polite and helpful. Angelica, the manager, is very professional and friendly. I would happily use this facility again for my storage needs.

Very clean, very secure and Angelica is outstanding! She gave us a tour and was very knowledgeable. She made sure we were all set!
The facility is clean and appears to be very secure. A little confusion on the insurance requirement but that was resolved fairly quick.
Staff is super friendly and very helpful with any questions you may have! Prices are competitive for the area and the facility is always very clean! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs the extra storage!

Recently stopped using this facility because let's be honest, we can all afford to downsize a little bit. Check out is extremely easy- you clear your unit and let them know you're out and you're done! If they aren't in (if you clear out on a Sunday), they give you a call to confirm.
I am a first time storage unit renter, and I hate to admit it, but the reason I originally chose this facility because it had the best price value of the options I was considering.
