Great customer service. Always willing to help. Reminders about late fees etc. Good employees.
Great and understandable staff, 2 different times I felt like my bill was too high and they gave a discount on my bill

My family stored here for a few years and never had any issues. I lost my key once and the manager was able to help me . Friendly service. Even though they charge if you leave stuff, it is still the best storage place I have used.

For those of you new to self storage, this place is great.This is the first time I ever stored anything, although I was a little nervous about the whole idea, I have had a great experience. (customer since 2021) I was able to negotiate for a space over the phone, signed digitally..even bought a lock and some extra storage boxes from the front office. Overall great experience. Celine, from the front, was very helpful. I had my unit for 2 months and I never had issues. When I didn't lock my unit they contacted me right away regarding the issue. Other than that, I recommend this location.

The best storage I've ever rented from I would for sure recommend. My stuff is safe i really like the fact that you need codes to get into the main gate entrance also you need a code to get into one of the secured doors they have to get inside the storage and everything works elevator the lights all those things matter and they also gave me a good price on renting my storage my stuff is safe and secure also I can't forget how absolutely kind all the staff are even the handy man is really nice so if your looking for a storage... read more
