They could've gotten 5 stars from, me but.... After scoping out a number of potential storage places, I found one that looked to be one of the more inexpensive options, and a quick drive-by let me know why... The storage units weren't much more than glorified sheds behind a chain link fence, and a homeless man had set up camp out front - YIKES. Affordable, super easy and very pleasant. I recently downsized to a studio and needed a place to store files, seasonal clothes, books and the like. The price here was the best around and the online reservation process was super easy. Maria, the manager, was very accommodating and helpful, and the building is clean and secure. I really didn't want the hassle of renting a storage space, but they made it so pleasant and easy. Now I can keep my ski boots and still have space in my apartment!

Me likee. Easy process, 1st month is free, and they also have a AAA discount. The space is clean and nice. You would think by the location that it would be super shady, but its not. The lady that works there is very nice and accommodating as well.

I have rented a unit from this location for the past 6 years and finally had the nerve to bid it adieu and bring all my fiancé's records to the house! I have no major complaints other than the rental fee was increased several times on the larger unit I had during the rental term. I moved to a smaller unit to save some money and was again victim to cost of living increases. Blah!! The facility manager Maria was very nice and always accommodating. If I end up having to rent again, I'll definitely return to this location.

I've been renting a space as my workshop at Extra Space for almost a year now, and even though in this economy I might be able to find something slightly cheaper per month, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Why? Because Maria and Rene (the on-site managers) are amazing. They are helpful, friendly, and all-around nice people, always there to lend a hand. And when I can't be there to take delivery of new equipment, Maria is happy to take delivery for me! No more taking time off work to sit around waiting for deliveries. Kat's Mats ... read more

The worst storage unit I've ever rented. Location is a poor design making it impossible to come and go without having to back out of the driveway onto incoming traffic so the cars on the inside can leave. You have to block someone's storage unit to park. No access to parking when inside the gate. My storage was on the outside and it was always blocked by another customers car making it impossible to access my unit. I do not recommend renting from this storage place they are priced way too high, they attached late fees when the payment is scheduled and not late for no reason, charging absurd pre- closure fees of $120. They pick and choose when they want to attach late fees. Meaning they aren't consistent across the board. Sometimes the payment was late with no additional charges and other months it was paid on time and they still attached late fee. I would not recommend this place. The girl that lives there and is supposed to be a professional is a joke. During the pandemic I was late leaving one night by which would have been a couple of minutes. But when I went to put something in the car, the door locked me out of the building with my dog trapped inside and the door to my unit left wide open. Quite possibly the worst place ever. I had a unit for years. There's not enough time in the world to tell all the horror stories. But after them hiking the price up extortionately like thieves. The day I move out I get to the gate at 6am with my movers (who charge by the hour) and some idiot forgot to take into account daylight savings and I can't get into the unit.
