They charge your rate after a few months they never said our rate would go up and when I called them about it all they had to say was it at in the terms !! That's something they should mention at the time they required all kinds of signatures and initials !!!! Don't go here very deceiving!!! Update : then they message me acting like it's about the budget !! Lol they missed the whole point ! Make sure to double check rate and your credit card receipt. I was overcharged by accident but wAs refused a refund of the amount overcharged even though I pointed out the error on the same day. Instead I was told the amount would be credited to my account. That is NOT acceptable - they should have cancelled the credit card charge and entered the correct amount. Spoke to a manager. I am not happy.

This place will try anything to rip you off... They failed to set up my account properly with autopay like I requested. Then when I noticed I hadn't been charged and called, they told me it was my fault that they set it up wrong, so I had to pay over $50 in late fees. Expect lots of hidden fees and unexpected charges and horrible customer service. The employees are extremely rude and unhelpful and they will lie in order to collect more fees. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I have had a unit here for several years, and until recently I have been very satisfied. The Manager Maria is very pleasant, and polite ( though a tad befuddled when you need to bring something to her attention. ) For example, when I went ask about the Fleas, and Moths that have invaded the center, Maria just sort of laughed it off, and said that someone else had mentioned they found Fleas. Fleas, and Moths around my stored things, GROSS.
**SCAMMERS** I AM SO FED UP WITH THEIR RATE CHANGES!!!! Reading complaints from other sites I see people saying they had 2 rate hikes in 18 months.... I just received my 5th (the 1st one only 3 months in) and I am done dealing with these crooks. What started out to be convenient and affordable has turned out to be nothing but a scam. DON'T DO IT!!!!
I rented a space at this HORRIBLE place when we moved to New York City. I spoke to HUGO (the manager) to let him know that I was having financial trouble in NYC and he said he would attempt to get me a lower price on my unit. Sadly, I fell a few months behind in my payments. As HUGO had emailed me letting me know that he was attempting to get me a lower monthly rate, I felt that if there was any possibility of losing my possessions that HUGO would email me.
