I really had a great experience here the service was just amazing! Celine the manager was really polite and informative on my questions. I really enjoyed how she made me feel comfortable and helped me understand the way how the storage works and their policies. Also she helped me get a storage at a reasonable price for what I just needed. I would recommend coming here!
I have zero complaints about Extra Space Storage. They were easy to set up, had space for my car, and personable staff. I felt like my car was safe and did not get parked in. They even followed up with me after I forgot to end my contract after taking my car. The only thing I would say is the price did unexpectedly go up after the first couple months...not by too much but still. Overall, I would use them again.

Can I go into my storage on Sundays, will the gates let me in. My son has a feeding tube I need get some more of his medical supplies. Out of my storage.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this facility has been to me. Maria really helped me in a bad situation and was so alert to her customers and their needs. She saw suspicious activity at my friend's unit and tried to notify my friend. She found it odd that his payment was late, because he had always been on time. And instead of saying, "Whelp, let's auction this abandoned unit," Maria went above and beyond trying to figure out why he had not paid. After a horrendous phone call that I had with the most rude manager from the Burbank location, I was relieved to have such a nice manager and assistant, Maria and Michelle act so lovely and professional, kind and accommodating to my needs. The location is clean and new and moving in was very easy with no drama. Definitely recommend this location
Was in market for storage place cant came across Extra Space Storage on Saticoy. the Manager Maria was very friendly and very helpful with the sign up process.
