Come and check them out! The gals that work the front office are knowledgeable, helpful & ready to help. They are easy to communicate with and on top of their work! I definitely recommend this place. They are clean, efficient & accommodating!
Was looking for a place to store my beloved very first car, so you can guess that I am pretty attached to it, Ariana was very friendly and informative, she made me feel very comfortable and safe with the process, I definitely will be only using them going forward.

The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. I have had my unit here for about two years and the premises is always clean and secure. The rates are reasonable.

Since the acquisition of Extra Space and their attentive staff it's been a 360° improvement. Their friendly and attentive staff is the pinnacle of the takeover . This review is mainly for the marketing/advertising team. The site says you'll get immediate access once you pay, but that's not true. I booked a parking space for my trailer, drove there on a Sunday, and only after paying did I learn I couldn't use it until showing my ID to the manager during office hours. Very misleading.
Beware of SCAM! They do not tell you that they are giving you a "promotional rate" that is an excuse to jack up the price on you after 3 months. Then they will again raise the price on you at 9 month. They will neglect to mention any of this but have it in the fine print of the lease agreement, which for some reason I cannot access through the email that I was sent. Terrible business practice.

I rented a unit online and had a great experience with the customer service department, however when I arrived to the location to get the keys, girl at the front desk was very rude, and unwelcoming. Although I like the convenience of this location, the online app doesn't always work to open and close the gate. Not sure if this place has horrible reception / wifi but a hassle to get in and out.
