Things have been rough lately and I'm very grateful and thankful for the staff at the upland extra storage location for working with me to save my things. I've resided less than a mile from ESS and had no idea they existed. I hit the honey hole when I saw them listed during a search. This place is a gem, with exceptional customer service, specifically from Ariana and Joe. No spaces meeting my needs were available at the time, but Ariana put me on the wait list. Extra Space Storage in Upland provides awesome customer service and they're so quick at responding to voicemails. Arianna was super helpful when I called her today. We store our travel trailer there as well as rent a storage unit. I'd definitely recommend them.
